Contract: Hardy Building 3rd Floor laboratory and office area refurbishment

Refurbishment of existing laboratory space, office areas and corridors on the third floor of the University’s Hardy Building. All works included remodelling of spaces, mechanical works, electrical works, installation of laboratory furniture, flooring, secondary glazing, suspended ceilings and finishes.

Additionally to construct a new external gas bottle store to the south elevation of Hardy Building.
