Our Company

Established in 1991, S Voase Builders Ltd is a thriving, respected and progressive construction Company that offers Quality in Construction throughout Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. The Company set up by Stephen Voase was initially named S Voase Building and Joinery Services, but soon progressed to a Private Limited Company, S Voase Builders Ltd.

The Company today has four Directors, Stephen Voase who oversees the successful running of all contracts and is the driving force behind the Company. Ian Gibbins who joined the Company in 2008 and heads up the estimating team and is the Company's Framework Manager. Victoria Voase, Director and Company Secretary controlling the financial management of the Company and Keith Ritchie introduced as a Director in 2016. The Company has a continuous expansion plan with minimal risk to maintain a steady and sustainable growth. The Company has flourished due to its leadership and commitment to investment and its prestigious client list includes local authorities, healthcare providers, educational establishments, blue chip companies, private companies, and police forces. Quality workmanship and listening to a client’s requirements, together with a ‘hands on’ approach to projects has been key to the Company's success.

All the Directors believe in investment in people, training and collaborative working with clients, the supply chain and the community. We are extremely proud to be Main Contractors on the YORbuild2 Framework for three regional councils and appointed Main Contractors on the NE Lincolnshire Asset Management & Architectural Works Framework. We are committed to Health & Safety and are members of the Hull Building Safety Group, fully support the Considerate Constructors Scheme and hold CHAS, Safecontractor and Constructionline accreditations.
