Contract: Paull Primary School – Classroom & Link Extension

A rewarding new single storey classroom extension and cloakroom facility carried out on behalf of the East Riding of Yorkshire Council through the YORbuild framework. A complex build on a difficult site requiring piling, ground beams, steelwork and traditional masonry walls. A careful and co-operative approach, along with planned co-ordination of the highest priority was required with the school to ensure a safe and nuisance free project.
