Another successfully delivered project for Kingston Veterinary Group. Having carried out previous extension and refurbishment works on the site Voase Builders were pleased to be appointed as the main contractor for a further turnkey extension at the rear to provide additional facilities, including the introduction of CT and MRI scanner rooms, along with alterations and refurbishment of the existing facilities.

The busy Park Street practice is open 24 hours a day, but with careful programming and planning with the project team, Voase Builders were able to ensure the practice could continue to offer its services throughout the contract period.

The bespoke nature and high specification required by veterinary practices for hygiene, lighting, medical gases, and including full lead lining to the new CT scanner rooms, provided a number of challenges, but was met with relish by Voase Builders who once again delivered to an excellent standard, providing a bright and vibrant new facility for the practice.
