Contract: Re-modelling and Refurbishment of Eastfield Children’s Centre, Link Walk, Scarborough

The remodelling and refurbishment of the ground floor of Eastfield Children’s Centre including:-

Alterations to existing layouts including demolition and construction of partitions, placement of structural steelwork, amendments to doors and windows, alterations to existing services and connections, construction of new entrance lobby, joinery works, redecoration and replacement of finishes and external works including paving, alterations to fences and new soft play area.
