Clay Street

Client: Net Pearl Ltd on behalf of MKM
Contract: Clay Street, Office Block Alterations and Refurbishment Works

This contract consisted of a full strip out of the existing building, removal of a large number of internal walls, incorporation of structural steel with fire protection to same. This culminated in creating a large open plan space on the ground and first floors.

Externally the building receive a facelift with new aluminium windows throughout and a number of render panels together with a new main entrance frame with glazed canopy over to complete the effect.

Internally the space was transformed with the formation of a small number of offices and meeting rooms by means of fully glazed walls, services were re-configured to accommodate the new layout and the new suspended ceiling, led lighting, decoration and flooring finishes resulted in a quality working environment.
