Small Housing Sites – Hull City Council

Contract: Small Site Contract – New Homes

Construction is well under way on our small housing sites for Hull City Council. We are constructing 10 new affordable homes for the client, split across 3 sites in Hull. These new dormer bungalows will be managed by the Council under the HRA and let on the basis of affordable/social rent.
