Client: East Riding of Yorkshire Council – YORbuild
Contract: Affordable Homes – New Residential Properties

This contract was awarded through the YORbuild Framework, the houses were built to a high specification to meet the council’s requirement for ‘economic/green’ affordable homes for people to live in. The specification included rainwater harvesting features, photo voltaic tiles, extremely high specification insulation, together with additional inspirations such as bird boxes.
