Refurbishment of Hull Business Centre - WIP

We are pleased to be working closely with Hull City Council on the Refurbishment of Hull Business Centre, a listed four storey former warehouse building facing Queens Gardens in Hull city centre. The contract works involve stripping out internally and the creation of new open plan offices to accommodate 180 staff along with provision of meeting rooms. Works both internally and externally remain sympathetic to the original look of the building due to the listed status, but will include the external elevation being re-branded back to its’ original name Warehouse No. 9.
